Donate or shop at the Eccles Renew shop

Have you got any household items, garden furniture, toys, sports equipment, electrical items or books you no longer need? Don’t throw them away! If you take them to a recycling centre, they could be cleaned and repaired (if necessary) and then sold at an affordable price in a ‘Renew’ shop.

There are three Renew shops in Greater Manchester, including one in Eccles:

Boysnope Wharf Recycling Centre, Liverpool Road, Eccles, M30 7RH

They’re open 7 days a week (except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day), 9am to 12.30pm, 1pm to 6pm.

The money raised is donated to the Recycle for Greater Manchester Community Fund and the Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity.

It’s also a great place to pick up a bargain, instead of buying new.
